Refund and Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect within 14 days of the product’s ship date. You can contact us via our contact form. Tiki Mugs Australia is not responsible for shipping costs if you decide to return a defective product via mail without first obtaining approval from us. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will either replace the product or issue you store credit to be used on future purchases at Tiki Mugs Australia. In special circumstances we may also at our discretion refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
What is Considered Defective?
Tiki Mugs Australia will determine which items are defective and eligible for exchange or refund based on the following criteria:

- An item that cannot be used for its intended purpose as a result of a significant manufacturing defect.
- An item that has been recalled by the manufacturer.

- An item that is no longer wanted by the customer.
